Pros

Local office managers are good to their workers.

Cons

Don't keep their words Took away guarantee 40 hr week as soon as we needed it Took away some Holidays (not that big still got the main one) Took away PTO Took 15% of hourly rate with promise to give back after 3 months, didn't give back and said will after the new year was near end of year. That didn't happen, then was told we would not be getting our pay rate back.
