      Pros

      This is a good job for someone first starting out if you have a love for science and want to get involved oil and gas which is what im in. It pays pretty decently and theres alot you can learn to take somewhere else and make double or triple the salary

      Cons

      The hours are super long because its shift work. The training is really inadequate for the amount of tests that one has to learn and become familiar with in such a short amount of time.

      Pros

      Good group of people in local office.

      Cons

      Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
