Will lay off people/cut OT at a moment's notice Company very disorganized overall. Lots of workers flat out refusing to work. Different groups you rely on are unreliable. Directions and expectations aren't always relayed in an organized manner. Training isn't taken seriously. Pay is all over the place, you may be paid less than your peers. Raises are promised and then revoked.
