Cons

Management does not care about employees, extremely rude to clients on phone calls, curse words used while speaking with clients. Cussed at employees on a regular basis. Extremely unprofessional. Over heard boss man say, these people shouldn't be surprised if they come in and no longer have a job.

Pros

Easy hours 1:30-8 pm, closed Friday, no pulling payment info, very nice co-workers

Cons

Cold calling 250-300 dials a day, 95% wrong numbers and voice mail - unscrubbed lists Trying to get timeshare owners to feel abused by resort company even after they insist they're happy Being forced to repeatedly call prospects who have demanded not to be called again and tell them "We don't have any Do Not Call list" Overbearing, aggressive, foul-mouthed work environment Obscenity-laced group texts after work hours Low pay (generate a $15,000 profit for the company → bonus = $200)

The owner tried to make it a nice work environment and the money was ok although it was based on opinion not a sale

Cons

Making 600 700 calls in a 6 hour period mostly wrong numbers the time share industry is shady. Working night shift
