Onboarding was really hard(Lack of correct documentation).

It’s been just over two months since I joined Intervest, and I can genuinely say that the experience so far has been nothing short of amazing. From the very first day, I was welcomed with warmth and positivity. The friendly and welcoming environment instantly made me feel at ease. The Talent Acquisition team and all the supporting members ensured a smooth onboarding process, guiding me every step of the way and making me feel truly valued. One of the highlights of my first day was receiving a thoughtful welcome gift box – complete with a lovely mug for coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, a handy notebook, and all the essential work assets. It was such a simple yet meaningful gesture that perfectly reflected Intervest’s caring culture. Our workstations are modern, well-organized, and maintained in a clean and comfortable environment. Having access to a coffee machine for a quick cup of coffee or hot chocolate adds an extra touch of warmth to the workplace atmosphere. As I step into my second month here, I feel grateful to be part of such a supportive and collaborative team.
