Pros

1. great place to learn so much in a short time 2. chill environment Good for freshers and someone who wants a place to learn , mid their own business , get paid and go home.

Cons

1. too little decentralization. Only the heads handle everything, becoming more of a red tapism org. which is not good for a startup 2. a few heads are always considered correct and no one is there to question them, even if they are wrong. (Seen that happening from my own eyes) 3. some level of favouritism is there DEFINITELY by the founder & leads. 4. No flexibility in working style is there. SOme people are asked to work onsite only, some are given remote jobs.

Pros

Literally none. Micromanaged beyond limit.

Cons

- Require you to spam interviewers with your own number even if your WhatsApp gets banned. - Management constantly micromanages your work, checking sheets, calling randomly, asking you to turn on your camera. - Seniors constantly throw you under the bus for anything that goes wrong to save themselves. - No mentoring given on specifications of the business and then blamed for not knowing them. - Communication gaps and lack of clarity in coordination - Inadequate knowledge transfer (KT) during the transition process - Teams and reporting structures were not introduced or aligned effectively - Task allocation discrepancies and misassignment of responsibilities - Change in Reporting Manager (RM), impacting workflow continuity - Task allocation discrepancies and misassignment of responsibilities - Initial onboarding and project transition phase lacked proper structure and alignment

Pros

There is nothing good about the company, treats their employees like horses for horse race.

Cons

As an Intern its my duty to be able to learn and then complete tasks accordingly, but it seems that in this company your internship duration is for 45 days and then you have to start working as a full time employee for the minimum wage that you are getting, while the full timers are doing the same tasks for a way higher wage rate. Another thing in the JD, there is no clear explanation as to what the company wants the employees to do. Hence there is not visible explanation as to why I have to do some target based thing. Even if I complete those tasks there are no extra benefits or incentive that I will be receiving for that. The Indian Labor Code states that an employee should not be working more than 48 hours a week without overtime pay, here the company general hours are 9hrs a day for 6 days a week which comes down to 56hrs weekly. Here that is also not followed, let alone overtime pay almost everyday you have to work overtime to complete your targets which aggregates to almost 58-60hrs weekly. Generally every company have to follow a set of holiday list which includes national holidays, regional holidays and personal employee holidays. Here the employees are expected to work though all the national holidays including the start and end of the year too. Now coming to the recruitment part, the company says it still a startup but the scale at which the company is working, it is not something a startup can do. The main thing is they have hired more than 50 interns within the company across all department, and they seem to be hiring till now. The company runs on interns and there is no chance of getting a full time employment from a herd of interns.
