Healthy environment, respectful people. Relationships are based on mutual trust and professionalism. Hybrid work (2 days in office/week). Seniors are open to discussing new ideas and considerations.
Cons
The lunch room is tiny. In full-office days, you must fight to find a place to have your meal. The meal voucher is also not that great. Sometimes they give in too much to the customer's requests to the detriment of the employees.
