Pros
A decent place to pass the time. Salary is always paid on time, which is a huge positive. The location is also convenient, making it easy to commute.
Cons
The management needs significant improvement. There was no proper guidance for freshers, which made the transition difficult. The work pressure was overwhelming, and I often had to work beyond the standard 9-hour workday. These issues created a challenging work environment.
