Pros

Remote, diversity, employees are very helpful, several different industries to work for with in the company

Cons

IT solutions not resolved timely or efficiently, training is not as good as it should be trainers are fantastic but not enough time to train everything needed for job , point systems for attendance are set up for employees to fail fast, does not offer paid holidays, benefits are non existent, advancement is not a easy option even for the best of employees

Paycheck and computer provided by company.

Cons

Self managed. They blame employees or client for their ineptitude. Systems rigged against single mothers and foreigners.
