Pros
It's a decent job if you're just starting off in sales and don't have a degree or experience. Pay is ok. most reps make 50-55k a year with maybe 1 or 2 going just above 100k.
Cons
Targets are nearly impossible to hit. The difference in pay from 70 to 69 sold is in the thousands and most people do not hit targets except for maybe in March. You constantly are told to lie to customers who are already hurting for money to buy the device. Hourly is only 10/ hr. Benefits are really expensive. Extreme favoritism towards certain reps
