Pros

Competitive salary and benefits package Some genuinely passionate and talented coworkers Remote work flexibility

Cons

Accountability is wildly inconsistent across teams and individuals Favoritism and micromanagement thrive unchecked Feedback is often ignored or minimized—real issues get swept under the rug Promotions are sometimes used as a tool to "fix" performance issues rather than reward merit Unprofessional behavior (even toward customers) is tolerated or dismissed if the individual is favored HR and leadership give lip service to problems but rarely take meaningful action

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and candid feedback. We appreciate you acknowledging the strengths you experienced here, including our people, flexibility, and benefits. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with leadership accountability, feedback follow-through, and consistency did not meet expectations. Creating a culture rooted in trust, fairness, and accountability is something we take seriously, and feedback like this helps highlight where we still have work to do. Over the past year, we’ve been focused on strengthening leadership alignment, clarifying expectations, and improving how feedback is heard, addressed, and acted upon across teams. While progress takes time, we remain committed to driving meaningful change, not just conversation, and ensuring that professionalism, performance, and growth are handled consistently and transparently. We appreciate your perspective and wish you continued success in your next chapter.

Pros

Best place I have ever worked, fully remote, and autonomy in how and when you work. Kind and caring co workers and leadership.

Cons

Nothing to note, really, best place I have ever worked.

Pros

Competitive pay. Benefits are decent but very expensive. WLB is good.

Cons

The projects we worked on were interesting but quite disorganized. They constantly preach an employee first mantra, with the CEO saying at every town hall that his first priority is to make sure that everyone “is able to buy groceries every week” while the reality is they will lay you off with little thought at any sign of market/business downturn.

Thank you for sharing your perspective and for recognizing the talent and collaboration of our team members. We’re proud of the people who work here and the relationships they build. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with management, communication, and organizational clarity fell short. Feedback around planning, documentation, transparency, and how we navigate change, especially during challenging business moments, is important and taken seriously. To be clear, the company did not conduct “huge layoffs 4-5 years ago.” In fact, the entire senior leadership team took pay reductions when Covid first hit to avoid having to reduce staff. That said, we understand how perceptions around job security and messaging can impact trust, and we take that seriously. We continue to focus on being transparent, thoughtful, and consistent in how leaders communicate and how decisions are made, especially during periods of change. Our aim is to ensure our values are reflected not just in what we say, but in how we lead day to day. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and wish you the best moving forward.
