Outdated systems and chaotic operations – it’s like stepping into a time machine straight to 2003. Pay is well below industry standard, with laughable raises and no career development. Toxic work culture where finger-pointing is the norm and accountability is nonexistent. HR is either powerless or complicit. Don’t expect help if you face harassment or discrimination. “Work-life balance” is a myth here. Prepare for crunch hours and zero appreciation. Always willing to break the law, you will have to risk being fired from refusing to perform actions if you do not want to be liable.
