Pros
All colleagues I've worked so far are decent people. If you are lucky you could be part of well organized-managed team, if you are even luckier and the company favors the team's product you can have resources to utilize modern tech stack with DevOps support looking after you . You will be payed on time. It seems a good starting point for Junior Engineers.
Cons
The company was acquired recently, uncertainty. The majority of projects lacking man/woman power and development infra. Human Resources and supervisors, I would expect to be closer to the employee and have a catch-up a couple of times every month or every two months. Especially in these very pandemic times. No contact. Salary won't go up. No bonus schema. Other miscellaneous stuff: Mediocre equipment.
