      Can deal with clients more closely than larger firms

      Cons

      Rude management, poorly run, frazzled systems, sexist and cruel working environment. Hideous expectations for overtime and the company and jobs fall apart if you don't sacrifice your life. Insane expectations yet no support to reach it. The pay is offensively low. Toxic environment. Just: don't. Hope they've changed.

      Great exposure opportunities for beginner level projects and management. Great inter-personal relationship between team members. Some managers are amazing Flexible work arrangements depending on manager

      Work will get repetitive after a year Not enough exposure to industry standard engineering softwares Volume over everything below average pay
