Pros

Nada., zilch, and let's see....nothing

Cons

They use a revolving door system to quickly and cheaply use and throw away staff. They pay their directors and above quite handsomely. This includes the deep pockets lawyers who are their to prevent any lawsuits after the company practices a complete disregard for human life. Do you care about international exchange? Then don't work here. Intrax is plain and simple a soulless and moral-less visa mill. They get the international students here with lies on how they will enhance their career. They place the exchange visitors in a hotel job where they don't get the were promised to be able to do. (Example hired to be a chef but they end up cleaning bathrooms) You get injured on the job as an intern? Well how about we send that person back to their home country. Get assaulted on the job? Let's get our law team to cover that up, Oh and it' gets worse. Much much worse. This is the tip of the iceberg. If you don't believe me, have fun at Intrax! Seriously though save yourself from the mental anxiety and depression you will experience if you work here. My friends at the company who experienced this with me did not come out of it very well. You can justify that you're gonna get some good experience. But what kind of experience are you getting? Do you want experience participating in being a complete bully corporation that doesn't care about anyone aside from yourself? Also they work with Trump Hotels. Get these clowns off the block DOS! They've long overstayed their welcome. Notice every 5 or so 1 star reviews Mr. Take or Marcy probably gets a J-1 intern to write some false positive 5 star review.

Pros

During my Trainee program, I was surrounded by friendly and approachable people who were always willing to help me. The work culture was positive and collaborative, which made it easy to learn and grow. I gained valuable professional experience and felt welcomed as part of the team from the very beginning.

Cons

Honestly, there were very few downsides. The only real negative was that the program felt too short - I would have loved the opportunity to stay longer.
