I was particularly impressed by the positive work culture, which fostered collaboration and innovation among team members. Moreover, the organization's unwavering commitment to ethical practices within the addiction recovery field added a sense of purpose to my work, making it incredibly fulfilling.

While there were a few minor drawbacks in my previous role, they didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. Occasionally, there were moments of slightly more supervision than I preferred, but it's worth noting that the company is actively working on refining its management style. Additionally, the program structure could benefit from improvements, particularly in terms of space for group sessions, but I'm aware that the organization is committed to addressing these concerns.
