Pros
I get to work from home, and there is a whole lot of opportunity to advance my career. Since the layoffs nobody reviews my code anymore which means no stress.
Cons
We got evicted because the CEO didn't pay rent for months. I also don't actually get paid money because the company has no cash right now. But the CEO has promised me shares and when we're huge then I'll be rich.
