Quite, Flexible, No micro management

No training, Management doesn't know what they are doing, If you are not an expert you will fail, They will make bet on how long your employed 6 months is typical, You will be thrown to the wolfs, You will be made a favorite right away and within 1 month you will mess something up and they will disown you. Everyone will be to busy to help you. If you are sales they will give you no leads even thought they will tell you they will.

Flexible working hours , good pay and senior is helpful and friendly.

I'm managing fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment ,which has been very rewarding.
