Pros

1. Flexi working hour 2. Supportive collegue (within certain department only)

Cons

1. Bad management - have to keep record even talking with superior as he/she might blame u by saying he/she never mentioned that before. 2. Micromanaging - too many reports need to do for the same person to look at and have to report almost every hour to update what am i doing 3. Humanised design product but not humanised structure - all structures are formed by datas and numbers, but not staffs' emotion and feelings, treated staffs like robot. 4. Too many extra work which not even included in your job scope and never mentioned during interview, if didnt do it, u r considered ad not following company direction. 5. Manager will but his/her personal emotion to whoever under him/her, always asked staff to understand him/her and stand in his/her shoes, but they never did the same to staffs. 6. Structures and company direction will change from time to time within a short period and expect staff to execute immediately, never have a time frame for staff to digest. 7. Causing staffs are worried to execute the plan as staff might get blame by doing that if it doesnt work out. 8. Overloaded workload causing you wont be able to focus on your original job scope and not only u will get blamed and scold, you will have to OT to settle all those report. 9. Useless feedback - always ask us for feedback to company but they always deny it and end up nothing changed 10. Politics alot in the office and anyone could stab your back anytime In conclusion : Most of them are engineers and they like to play with numbers and datas, all the plan and structure is according to numbers and datas as well, if u cant execute it then is your problem, they treat u like a robot and your advices doesnt mean a thing to them.

Pros

The sales team (team leader & team member) fosters a collaborative and communicative environment, making it enjoyable to work with peers. Team bonding is strong across groups, and team leaders are especially supportive, consistently offering guidance and encouragement to their members. However, this dynamic is less evident within the management team.

Cons

The management team often sets highly ambitious targets and tight deadlines that can feel unrealistic and unsustainable. There appears to be limited consideration for employees’ mental and physical well-being, with expectations for continuous output regardless of capacity. Frequent changes in direction and inconsistent decision-making contribute to confusion and inefficiencies. A strong culture of micromanagement exists, which can be counterproductive in a sales environment where autonomy and flexibility are typically key to success. Despite a noticeable turnover rate—particularly within the sales department—there has been little visible effort to address the underlying causes. Additionally, there are excessive administrative requirements, including the need to input large volumes of data daily, some of which may not directly contribute to performance outcomes. While data-driven approaches can be valuable, the current expectations feel disconnected from on-the-ground realities. Overall, the lack of meaningful support and ongoing operational changes have made it challenging for the team to perform at its best.
