Training is world class Tech stack is great Teammates are legends Seriously high calibre people from a variety of work backgrounds, options to lean in and learn from colleagues are massive. Company rewards those that lean in and are supportive. Meritocratic business.
Cons
Progression is very much chart your own path, rather than a predetermined path you might find in larger orgs. Makes it quite confusing as to when you are ready to “level up”. This probably rings true for most companies at this stage of growth however. As the business grows, great opportunity to join and become integral part of the process.
