We’re glad to hear that our benefits, bonus programs, and team culture stood out in positive ways—and especially that your connections with coworkers were a meaningful part of your experience. Creating a workplace where people can bring their full selves and genuinely enjoy being together has always been one of our core goals, and it means a lot that that came through for you.
That said, it’s clear we fell short in important ways. We’re especially sorry to hear that your experience felt dehumanizing and marked by distrust. As a B Corp, we’ve built our company around the belief that people and purpose should always come before profit—but we understand that, in practice, that didn’t align with your experience. We’re taking your words to heart.
The layoffs you mentioned were incredibly difficult decisions, and the impact they had on individuals and on team morale is something we continue to reflect on. Transparency, accountability, and empathy are not just values we put on paper—they’re qualities we strive to live daily. But your feedback is a reminder that intent isn’t enough without consistent follow-through.
