The budget has become such a hot topic and employers feel compelled to give feedback justifying the budget constraints. It's hard to justify the level of frugality and rigidity experienced by employees while the company is flourishing. There is a work for the data, vs. work for the business value sentiment being experienced cross-functionally and it is causes issues with integrity.
