Pros

The support from management and co-workers is outstanding, and there is a strong focus on work-life balance. There is lots of flexibility for scheduling your day how you need to.

Cons

Not a con per se, but self-direction and time management is an important part of the job so having those skills would be an asset.

Pros

Kevin is a great manager of the Kin department. My trainer was also very knowledgeable and a good teacher. The other Kins and practitioners were great to work with. Management seemed to support professional development.

Cons

The management of the Kin team was very difficult to thrive within. I would have sessions scheduled in after my work hours on a Monday and then have a brand new client first thing the next day with no communication. They upsell you on their benefits package (mediocre) to justify paying the Kin staff the lowest wage ($22-24/hour) while claiming they will pay you for your full hours even if you have cancellations. The daily expectations for Kin staff were much too high for the wage they provide. I was encouraged to leave early if an afternoon client cancelled so they wouldn't have to follow through on this. The HR Director is very friendly to your face but is friends with the clinic owner and has acted unprofessionally to several now ex-staff members. The Clinic Owner is known to micromanage her staff.

Pros

Intuitive Rehab has an incredible management team and group of colleagues. You will feel well supported, whether as a new graduate or an experienced therapist. They have a smooth system for documentation, resources, and everything you need behind-the-scenes for a smooth clinical practice.

Cons

Depending on your practice, if you are located away from the clinics then isolation in private practice can occur. This depends on where you choose to work and to what degree of involvement you'd like to have for in-clinic practice and in-person events.
