They complained if you take off or made it uncomfortable where you don't want to. I had to have my spouse miss countless days of work because I couldn't take off. They provided little training for the actual job. The whole corporate office is a dog-eat-dog environment. There are cliques and it is so much like high school. They seem to promote people based on their friends in the company, not their skills.
