I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the current state at this Company. My observations indicate significant deficiencies in both regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes. The department is critically understaffed, hindering its ability to effectively manage its workload and responsibilities. While I have benefited from the expertise of several colleagues, I have also witnessed systemic issues that compromise the department's functionality and overall effectiveness. I believe the company's current approach to addressing challenges involves placing undue blame on individual employees rather than implementing necessary systemic improvements. Furthermore, the absence of a structured training curriculum, as of December 2024, exacerbates these underlying problems. The lack of formal training significantly impacts employee performance and the department's ability to meet its objectives. I believe urgent action is required to address these critical issues to prevent further deterioration and ensure the long-term success and viability of this company. Gained a lot of knowledge from some of my colleagues but this place is a sinking ship#(who’s knocking at the 🚪) they definitely use people as their scapegoat to cover up their broken system and no curriculum.
