      Good People, Pay and Bonus structure are competitive. The work life balance is what you make of it.

      Cons

      Travel because of the nature of the business. Sites spread out through the country. Working "lean" is a way of life so the more you take on the more they will give you.

      Great people, direct managers who care, lots of experience to lean on and SMEs who are qualified

      Cons

      Senior leadership is very far removed from the majority of employees, blanket decisions like a less flexible WFH policy are made company wide instead of addressing specific teams, low opportunity for promotions, lower than average salaries
