Pros
Generally speaking, Invenergy is highly collaborative and innovative organization. The company culture is good. The business continues to grow and the pipeline is full. There are many passionate, intelligent and though leaders at Invenergy. There are plenty of fun, work hard / play hard folks here.
Cons
Most of what was mentioned above is highly dependent on the organization that you happen to be a part of. Invenergy tends to tolerate poor managers for far too long. In my opinion this cripples the business, considering Invenergy is such a lean company.
