      Linear management structure. You might not always know why people do things but it’s never hard to find the decision make to understand the strategy of what we are doing

      This is a pro/con and that is that the job is what you make it. If you need structure it might be tough to thrive here

      Great people, direct managers who care, lots of experience to lean on and SMEs who are qualified

      Cons

      Senior leadership is very far removed from the majority of employees, blanket decisions like a less flexible WFH policy are made company wide instead of addressing specific teams, low opportunity for promotions, lower than average salaries
