      Expect and treat you as a full time employee. Not expected to do busy/"intern" work, you work as if you are a full time employee.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of explanation, a lot is expected to be known. The learning curve is incredibly steep, although people are happy to answer questions.

      Great people, direct managers who care, lots of experience to lean on and SMEs who are qualified

      Cons

      Senior leadership is very far removed from the majority of employees, blanket decisions like a less flexible WFH policy are made company wide instead of addressing specific teams, low opportunity for promotions, lower than average salaries
