      people you work with are great, younger company, lots of growth opportunity, open to new ideas, construction group has healthy leadership

      Cons

      needed support takes forever to implement, keep taking away work from home flexibility, out of touch c-suite, no notice of when people you work with leave, pay is below market, operates lean and wants people to work extra to fill the gap

      Great people, direct managers who care, lots of experience to lean on and SMEs who are qualified

      Cons

      Senior leadership is very far removed from the majority of employees, blanket decisions like a less flexible WFH policy are made company wide instead of addressing specific teams, low opportunity for promotions, lower than average salaries
