Pros
I'm one of the more recent additions, and the company strikes me like it has a great environment and culture. People seem genuinely excited to be there. It's very mission focused, more so than other companies I worked at so far.
Cons
Slightly clearer structure and lines of reporting could probably be helpful some days, although lots of flexibility is not a bad thing either sometimes. The company is going through a period of growth and hiring, so it seems to be in the process of doing some reorganising now.
