Pros

Have met some really great people

Cons

- Company is run more like a family business and they are selective on who they promote and reward.  - Too much politics and not enough focus on vision and strategy. - No real leadership in this company. They display an autocratic style of management.- - Poor culture and working environment  - High staff turnover and this is due to the company culture and poor decisions made by the management at Invenio  - Heavy on micro managing staff and they are culprits for playing the blame game  - It is an obstacle to get any training approved for your career development unless it is low budget online training that has been approved for you and your team - Would not encourage anyone who is looking to develop their career to work here.  In fact, try to avoid working in this company. - They really don't care about the well being of their employees as they only care about their bottom line $$$

• A few supportive colleagues – but even they are usually looking to leave.

Cons

Disorganised leadership: No clear direction or structure. Management changes decisions frequently with no communication. • Toxic culture: Bullying is normalised, and staff wellbeing is not a priority. Concerns are brushed aside or ignored. • Profit over people: The company only cares about money. There is no interest in developing or supporting employees. • Fake values and culture: They promote a strong company culture and values externally, but none of it is reflected in day-to-day practice. • Forced reviews: Most of the positive reviews here are not genuine – staff are pressured to write them to boost ratings. • Chaotic processes: No structure or consistency in workflows, leading to daily confusion and frustration. • No future growth: It’s not a place to build a career. High turnover and a lack of investment in people make long-term commitment pointless.

Pros

Great colleagues, admin especially . You feel that you are valued, quick to action and follow-up. Doesn't procrastinate. Always there to listen and provide constructive recommendations. Very helpful.

Cons

I can't think of any. I was loving my time when I was with Invenio.
