Not many pros honestly, unless you want to practically live at the school. Seek employment elsewhere.
Cons
Micromanagement and toxic work culture. The “clique” will gossip about you and do unprofessional things. “Leader” has no business “leading”. Mistreats children and threatens to physically abuse them. Yuck!
