This company is run by old and close minded management. They say the work is hybrid but you're forced to come 4 days a week (with no choise regarding which day you want to work from home) to an office that doesn't have anything close by with a very toxic environment, where they micro manage your working hours and are very unpolite when asking if you're in the office or not. The environment doesn't look like a technology either start-up company. There're a lot of room for improvement inside the company, so there's a lot of room to growth and show some work. But I didn't see much recognition. Employees are in a overall very much unmotivated and don't agree with the management policies, wich are not applied to the management friends, the company policies only apllies to the juniors and new joiners.
