      Pros

      Great people. But locals and expats makes for a great work environment. Pay was good and the area is a growing one. Fantastic view of the Gulf.

      Cons

      People in charge of risk management do not understand their job, nor do they understand the products. Higher management does not get involved in settling disputes.

      High base pay and shorter working hours

      Cons

      no strategic direction. 75% of the C-level positions have left or pushed out over last 3 years with no replacement. fewer people doing more work. no bonuses.
