Pros
Awesome People: I work with some seriously talented and cool folks. There is a group of us the get beers after work from time to time and everyone is talented in what they do. Work-Life Balance: The work-life balance is good, which means I get to enjoy my personal time without work creeping in. From time to time I need to work overtime but it is not the norm. Cool Perks: We've got a kitchen, so I make breakfast and lunch every day - when I'm not lazy (this is in addition to the 10bis). Holiday gifts and company parties are also a thing here Growth Opportunities: I've personally grown in my career here. Maybe not everyone does, but if you're motivated, they provide opportunities for you to grow in department or try something new internally.
Cons
There have been some departments where people come and go more that others. There have also been some changes to leadership, and IMO some good changes. This has not been in my department and has not impacted me.
