Pros
Peggy the Leasing agent is an amazing person. And the tenants are extremely nice
Cons
It seemed from the moment i started that it was going to be an issue 154 Units Class C property. 1 tech and havent had one for months. So many turns and Work requests to start. Thats normal. But they had a temp when i started. 3 days in caught the temp smoking fentanyl in the clubhouse basement. I asked management to get ahold of the agency and have him told to not return immediately. They didnt and even argued about him staying and that i should work in proximity with him. Not only putting my health and safety at risk but also the tenants. Then despite having a backlog of work requests she wanted unit by unit inspections done so 2 days a week were dedicated to that. Making the work load larger than it needed to be. So the backlog of work was growing. Then despite knowing i have diagnosed ADHD have asked for reasonable accommodations for that she would repeatedly have me start unscheduled tasks after a previous one then complain when the task she had me move out of the way for that one wasnt done yet. So then this week mon, and Tues. I focused requests got 20+ in 2 days done and resurfaced a tub. Then on wed proceeded to throw a fit. Because the turn wasnt done despite asking me monday to focus WOs mon and tues and then Turns on wed and Thurs. So i quit. This company does not respect your health, your safety, and office personnel have no clue how maintenance operations work. The pay was well below avg and despite being budgeted for 2 maintenance personnel they refuse to make job postings or look for a 2nd person.
