      If your building is doing great they do not micro manage. Great work team! Enjoyed the coworkers.

      They offer slightly higher pay

      Cons

      They have inconsistencies across the board. They will do anything to cover up anything that makes them look bad. They will set you up for failure. They will make a hostile work environment to which HR does nothing about.
