Pros
I learned a lot during my time at Invictus and developed a lot of skills that I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to pick up on elsewhere. Aside from that, the people are all great. I joined for the cause but the people are really what made me stay. The growth opportunity is insane. I was by no means perfect when I started or left there, but the skills I learned really improved me as a person and at least got me to the Development Executive position. If you are open to learning, you will grow quickly. The only reason I’m not still there is because of events happening in my personal life. Otherwise I would probably still be there or possibly even higher up the ladder of growth. Overall, it is a motivating, impactful, and fun place to work
