Pros
Nothing is good in Invisalign India... lots of pressure, multitasking takes out your productivity, complex matrix structure.... stakeholder management is next to impossible.
Cons
Leadership is at worst decision making.. wanted fresh blood in the system... too many changes and fixing own team... long service not rewarded anymore... better to leave or not join this company
