Pros

About the only pro is getting to see puppies all the time

Cons

Laundry list of a Bad Time - Corporate Greed to cut corners at the expense of customers/pets - Pushing trainers to make unsafe decisions in the field - Zero work/life balance - expectations are 7:30am-7:30pm 5-6 days a week - Pay - their motto is “work more if you want more money” instead of decent wage increases - Customer Service Call Center - biggest joke of the company, wait times for customers to get through to a human are astronomical and even when they do, costumer service gives inaccurate information on training which really makes trainers jobs 1000x more difficult

Pros

Still competitive pay. Still get to play with dogs. Still get to service customers on an individual level.

Cons

Too much turnover at the top. Benefits keep getting worse. More work with less people. Private Equity.
