      You are able to work independently.

      Cons

      Poor pay. Lack of training. Poor communications. Home office staff can be hard to deal with. Angie can be very difficult to deal with. She has a very narrow vision.

      Close ties and helpful people to work with. Very flexible.

      Cons

      The lack of training leaves you feeling like your are out there on your own. The company structure is lackinig.
