I want to assure you that the segregation between maintenance and property management is being acknowledged. Both are extremely important to our business. Regarding your comment on corporate decisions, job stability and communications - I hope you are seeing an improvement as we work through the merger transition. As we work through the transition path, we are gaining more answers and communicating them as fast as we can. As our COO said recently, “change is hard at first, messy in the middle and gorgeous in the end.” We firmly believe we have passed through the messy middle and it’s going to be gorgeous soon.
