Pros
Super relaxed atmosphere, except for when we have a big sale! I love that we have two different businesses and can get involved in both, so I feel like I'm helping people, which is important to me, while always learning new things. Also, we have a large and loyal customer-base and it is so fulfilling to talk with them and help them with their health and fitness goals.
Cons
When we do a big sale, we are too busy. So almost every month, for like a full week, I feel overworked.
