1yThank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We take all employee perspectives seriously and it’s unfortunate to hear that your experience hasn’t met expectations. Our goal is to foster an environment where employees feel valued, heard, and supported, which is why we conduct quarterly pulse surveys and encourage transparent, anonymous feedback. Our most recent survey showed that 76% of employees believe InvoiceCloud is moving in the right direction and that their work is meaningful. While this is encouraging, we recognize that every experience is unique, and we remain committed to ensuring all employees feel supported.
At InvoiceCloud, we continuously refine our policies to align with industry standards and employee needs. We are transparent about our base compensation ranges, which we regularly review to ensure they remain competitive. We also offer opportunities for performance bonuses and annual promotions, and we’re proud that nearly 50 employees earned promotions last year, with 30 more already promoted since January 1st. Career development is another area we invest in, providing tuition reimbursement and specialized training to support professional growth.
A strong emphasis is also placed on work-life balance and employee well-being. Our Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy is designed to provide true flexibility while ensuring business continuity, and we actively encourage employees to take advantage of additional well-being days and holidays including summer Fridays, and the Gift of Time—full time off from December 25th to January 1st.
