While we’re glad to hear you valued work-life balance, remote flexibility, and the training resources we provide, we regret that other aspects of your time at InvoiceCloud did not meet your expectations. As with any growing organization, change can bring challenges, but we remain committed to supporting our people through clear communication, leadership development, and investment in employee growth.
We also take pride in the expansion of our global footprint, which allows us to bring diverse perspectives and skill sets into the organization to better serve our growing customer base. With that growth, we are committed to being as transparent as possible about the changes it brings, and to ensuring our culture remains rooted in fairness, collaboration, and respect.
As you know, we offer opportunities for performance bonuses and annual promotions, and we’re proud that nearly 50 employees earned promotions last year, with 30 more already promoted since January 1st. Career development is another area we continue to invest in, providing tuition reimbursement and specialized training designed to support professional growth.
