Very friendly atmosphere and very laid back. Good work/life balance. The company has that start-up feel where you can take on your own projects and work independently with minimal supervision.

It often feels like a dead-end job with not much opportunity for advancement. The company is too conservative.

I had the pleasure of working with some excellent people. My manager was incredibly supportive, smart and kind, and the CEO was very forward-thinking and encouraged input no matter what level in the company you were. There were lots of opportunities for personal growth and development beyond job description, and requests for raises were considered fairly and often approved. I was allowed to be very flexible with working from home and in the office, and the office location in Shoreditch was pleasant.
