There is major problems with management here. They do not want employees to grow and succeed. It is like the CEO feels threatened when someone is doing well. The benefits are terrible and he micromanages everything you do. Nothing is ever good enough and those that are willing to stand up to him are chased away by him. The CEO is the owner and he has no one that he has to answer to so he does whatever he wants regardless as to how employees feel. There is major favoritism played towards one group of employees. Pay is terrible for the amount of work he expects as well.
