Good benefits. Quality outputs & reputation is good for the CV when you move on, the academy (training) is excellent.
Cons
Lots of sharp elbows, everyone is always over capacity, long hours, presenteism .
They make a big thing of the culture and all the groups - but actually the lived experience of 90% is they are stressed out and over worked.
