- Listen to your personal problems and if you are in senior position, will co-operate with you on very rare occasions.
Cons
- They have been doing the same things the same way since they started and are very adverse to change
- If you don't complain to the management about others - good luck.
- It doesn't matter how hard you work - it's never enough. two member management only notices the flaws, favoritism takes precedence.
- Thinking "outside the box" accomplished nothing as ideas were never put to action, regardless of how easy the implementation may have been or how great the impact.
- There is minimal recognition for work well done.
- Work is more important than that of your personal life.
